The Lauro studio is on a country estate in the brilliant hilly landscape of the Apennines. It is part of a stylish, renovated 15th century farm which has completely preserved its original style. There are 4 other accommodations which can be rented on this country estate, with which youll share the refreshing swimming pool. The large garden area offers you more than enough shadow for the long, hot summer days, and the area has plenty of possibilities for bicycling, horseback riding and hiking.

Just a half hour ride away is the Adriatic coast with its long sandy beaches. Three evenings a week youll be able to enjoy fine Italian meals at the owners house.

The Lauro studio is a mini-apartment for 2 persons on the ground floor of the main building, in which there are 3 other units. There is also a detached house for rent. The entrance is via the staircase to the first floor, where one of the apartments is located. Lauro has a private terrace which is not directly accessible from the studio, but rather from around the outside of the house.
