We all had a beautiful stay in this lovely accommodation. As a family of 5 we had lots of room. It was great to have 2 toilets, one as part of the main bathroom and another standalone toilet, as well as a standalone shower. The sauna within the main bathroom was a bonus and we were provided fans which was nice and useful during the hot weather. The balcony was spacious and had lovely high views. The large open living area was a nice place to spend as a family as we could watch TV whilst the food was being prepared and sit together to eat at the large table. It was a welcoming place to come back home to after a long day out exploring. We would have taken advantage of the bicycles to explore the local area had we stayed longer. We were able to park on the street adjacent to the accommodation within view from the windows. This is a well thought out and clean accommodation and we would highly recommend it to anyone, although it may be a little challenging for those who have trouble with stairs as there’s a flight of stairs from the garage entrance to the 1st floor which has a large twin bedroom and the bathroom. There was a couple of more steps to the separate toilet, the shower and the 2nd large double bedroom. There was then another flight of stairs leading to the open plan living space which included the kitchen, dining area and lounge. This floor also had a 3rd large double bedroom and the large doors leading to the large balcony area.

Bij binnenkomst door de voordeur schrik je even,want je komt in de schuur/kelder binnen. Maar wanneer je het woongedeelte binnenkomt zie je dat er meer dan genoeg ruimte is voor zeker 6 personen, alles is heel schoon en de badkamer met sauna is helemaal top. De keuken is heel ruim uitgerust met eigenlijk alles wat je zelf dagelijks ook zou gebruiken. Lekker ruim dakterras waar je heerlijk kan zitten en mooi kan wegkijken. De meubels zijn misschien iets wat gedateerd, maar dat is juist de charme van een huis in de Ardennen. Ook de eigenaresse staat meteen klaar mocht je onverhoopt toch tegen iets aanlopen.
