Apartamento en una casa de campo con vista a la piscina

Geweldige plek. Bijzonder huis met veel historie. Adembenemend uitzicht. Beheerders heel vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Heel fijn om hier te verblijven. Enige nadeel waren de stekende muggen. Schijnt bij het jaargetijde te horen ( september)

Mooie authentieke locatie, prachtig uitzicht.

De accommodatie is niet overdreven luxe, maar de sfeer en omgeving compenseren dat ruimschoots. Je woont tijdelijk in een paar honderd jaar geschiedenis en de eigenaar weet daarover trots te vertellen. En.,.. zomers houden de dikke muren het ruime huis koel. Op de berg heerst landelijke rust. Bereikbaarheid van de grote steden is prima via het station van Figline via Florence is Rome op 1,5 uur reisafstand.

Direct na aankomst een rondleiding gekregen door de eigenaar. Prachtige oude boerderij! Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Eigenaar geeft veel tips over de omgeving. Heerlijke tomaten, komkommer uit eigen tuin. Regelmatig bracht hij vers fruit. Vanuit het huis een prachtig uitzicht richting de dorpjes in het dal.

Na een geweldige klim omhoog kwamen we aan op een prachtig landgoed vol met olijfbomen. Als je Toscaans wil dan kan je hem hier vinden. De eigenaar Vanni is een geweldige man die met liefde verteld over zijn boerderij en omgeving. Echt een aanrader dus!

De weg naar het authentieke, 14de eeuwse vakantiehuis is een spannende tocht. Het huis is ingericht met meubels die bij het huis passen, maar aan de moderne tijd (vaatwasser) is ook gedacht. Vanni is een gastvrije huisbaas, die geregeld groenten, fruit en tips komt brengen/aandragen. Alleen jammer dat de Wifi/internet niet aan onze wensen voldeed.

El camino hacia el auténtico siglo 14 y es una casa tocht.Het emocionante está decorado con muebles que se adapten a la casa, pero en la era moderna (lavavajillas) también se espera. Vanni es un propietario hospitalario, que se reúnen regularmente verduras, frutas y sugerencias formuladas \/ traer. Es una pena que el Wifi \/ Internet no cumplió con nuestras necesidades.

Een fantastisch uitzicht vanuit het appartement. De eigenaar Vanni geeft graag een rondleiding en vertelt vol trots over de geschiedenis van zijn gebouwen en meubels. Elke ochtend bracht hij ons groente en fruit uit zijn eigen tuin. Mensen die echt rust zoeken moeten een paar jaar wachten met boeken, de kleinkinderen van Vanni zijn dan oud genoeg en produceren dan waarschijnlijk minder lawaai. Wij hebben ons er niet aan gestoord, maar kan me voorstellen dat dit anders is als je echt rust zoekt. De weg naar het appartement is verhard, maar niet geschikt voor mensen met hoogtevrees. Toscane is mooi en vanuit het appartement hebben we veel steden bezocht. Vanuit het appartement ben je minimaal twee uur onderweg voordat je de toeristische plaatsen kunt bezoeken. In Figline een grote supermarkt Coop. Op zaterdag ontzettend druk. Ook op zondag open.

Una fantástica vista desde el apartamento. El propietario Vanni gusto te dan un tour y orgullosamente informar sobre la historia de sus edificios y muebles. Cada mañana nos trajo frutas y verduras de su propio jardín. Las personas que buscan la verdad de la paz debe esperar unos años con los libros, los nietos de Vanni son bastante viejo y probablemente producen menos ruido. Si no tuviéramos que le molesten, pero puedo imaginar que esto es diferente si usted está realmente en busca de la paz. El camino hacia el apartamento está pavimentada, pero no es adecuado para personas con vértigo. Toscana es hermoso y hemos visitado muchas ciudades del apartamento. Desde el apartamento al menos dos horas antes de poder visitar los lugares de interés turístico. Figline un gran supermercado Coop. El sábado muy ocupado. También abren los domingos.

We stayed in 'Sud', part of the original house, which dates back to the 13th century. From our windows and the terrace outside our house, there are the most amazing views across the Arno valley, although the drive up the winding road from Castelfranco is not for the faint-hearted. Inside, the rooms are full of old furniture, fittings and pictures, so if you want a taste of the old Italy, this place is for you. The house is at the end of a road (last bit dirt), so there is no passing traffic. The daily sound of the bee-eaters flying over, or the gentle buzz of the humming-bird hawk moths (day &amp night) are the only sounds to disturb. There is a small swimming pool which is great for cooling off in during the heat of the day it also has fantastic views across the valley. The host is very welcoming and will give you a tour of the ancient house at the drop of a hat. If you want to get to any of the city attractions (Florence, Siena etc.) they all involve a drive of an hour or more. There are several interesting villages and small towns much closer, especially if you are interested in churches and their associated art. This venue is definitely for people who want to 'get away from it all.'

Nos alojamos en el "Sud", parte de la casa original, que data del siglo 13. Desde las ventanas y la terraza fuera de nuestra casa, hay las vistas más impresionantes de todo el valle del Arno, a pesar de la unidad por la serpenteante carretera de Castelfranco no es para los débiles de corazón. En el interior, las habitaciones están llenas de muebles antiguos, accesorios y fotos, así que si quieres un sabor de la vieja Italia, este lugar es para ti. Hay varios pueblos interesantes y pequeños pueblos mucho más cercanos, especialmente si usted está interesado en las iglesias y su arte asociado. Este lugar es definitivamente para la gente que quiere "alejarse de todo".

Very warm welcome, Rita is fantastic. Because the house is situated on a hill, it's very quiet. Also it is less warm. Belvedere is an ideal place to visit Tuscany Siena, Florence, Arrezo, San Gimignano. You can buy wine, very fine olive oil and honey. And let's not forget the 'vin santo'! The Sud appartment is spacious and basic. For us (parents and 4 children) it was very good. After all, we spent all day outdoors. There you have a nice view over the valley. Nice pool. Tip visit Florence by train. There is an railway station in Figline, 20 minutes from Belvedere. We did that and were absolutely happy 30 minutes in the train, a ten minutes walk and you're standing in front of the Duomo!

Una bienvenida muy cálida, Rita es fantástico. Debido a que la casa está situada en una colina, "s muy tranquila. También es menos caliente. Belvedere es un lugar ideal para visitar la Toscana, Siena, Florencia, Arrezo, San Gimignano. Puede comprar vino, aceite de oliva muy fino y miel. Y vamos s no olvidar el "vin santo"! El apartamento Sud es amplio y básico. Para nosotros (los padres y 4 hijos) era muy bueno. Después de todo, nos pasamos todo el día al aire libre. No tiene una hermosa vista sobre el valle. Una bonita piscina. Sugerencia visitar Florencia en tren. Hay una estación de tren en Figline, a 20 minutos del Belvedere. Lo hicimos y nos quedamos absolutamente feliz 30 minutos en el tren, a diez minutos a pie y "re pie delante del Duomo!

De inrichting is "traditioneel" wel erg sober. Maar heeft de pret zeker niet gedrukt. Zeer leuke vakantie met cultuur, eet genot en mooie omgevingen. Heerlijke tijd gehad.

La decoración es "tradicional " muy sobria. Pero ciertamente no se pulsa la diversión. Muy buenas vacaciones con la cultura, el placer de comedor y bellos entornos. Tiempo de calidad.

De antieke villa is ruim en binnen lekker koel, ook als buiten de temperatuur oploopt. Zeer aangename ontvangst.

La antigua villa es espacioso y agradable y fresco el interior, incluso cuando se eleva la temperatura exterior. Recepción muy agradable.
