In Strömstad there is a large selection of activities, rich restaurant life, nice shopping in small shops that are close to each other or why not just sit and enjoy all the boats in the harbor area. From the cottage you walk, take the city or free buses to the city center and all the entertainment or to the bathing areas that there are several to choose from. If you want to experience islands and archipelago environment, there are several boat charters and bathing boat trips from the harbor in the center out to several archipelago islands such as Furholmen or Koster Islands but also to neighboring Norway. It is also possible to rent a boat or kayak for your own explorations. For those interested in golf, there are several 18-hole courses in the area and right next to the villa there is access to a tennis court.
