This impeccable Holiday Home in Žminj is located in the green landscape of the province of Istria. The nearest beach is 26 km away in Rovinj.
On the ground floor of the home, the living room is designed traditionally with TV, DVD player, fireplace and free Wi-Fi. The child-friendly home is equipped with 3 air conditioned bedrooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms with all the toiletries. The kitchen has all the appliances like toaster, microwave. There are two guests’ rooms on the ground floor and the 1st floor which are fully furnished with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. To enjoy on the bright and sunny day, one can sit in the lush and green garden, enjoy the sun loungers and barbecue. The highlight of the stay is that one can spend their quality time enjoying in the swimming pool or by playing games. Bicycles are also available on rent.
There are various restaurants 3 km away in Zminj, where you can grab a tasty bite. The airport of Pula is 55 km away from the holiday home.

Een super mooi huis , heel erg schoon , alles is aanwezig ! Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is ook fantastisch . Niks op aan te merken aan dit huis , wij zullen het iedereen aanraden !
Zeer rustig gelegen, enig minpunt is dat er geen amerikaanse koelkast is.
Schitterend huis. Vriendelijke eigenaars. Mid week verse handdoeken!
Tolles Haus, wenn auch etwas abseits, aber dafür ruhig
huis met alles erop en aan, voor 6 koppels is er 1 slaapkamer bij die niet echt voor volwassenen te gebruiken is, de rest is voldoende.
Wir waren im September mit Familien mit kleinen Kindern dort. Weil das Wetter nicht\r\nbesonders gut war, war der Pool sehr kalt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen.\r\nEs hat uns gut gefallen.
Wir hatten Wetterglück und konnten Haus und Umgebung sehr gut nutzen.
Neuwertiges Haus, welches für eine große Gruppe oder für zwei Familien sehr viel Platz bietet. Sehr ruhige Lage mit nur zwei direkten Nachbarhäuser (Besitzer und Verwandter). Versorgungsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung, das Meer ist ca. 25km entfernt (Rovinj bzw. Rabat).
