This charming and cozy holiday home is situated in one of Vorupør's most desirable locations, set on a natural, tree-lined plot with a short walking distance to both the town center and the beautiful beach. Designed for a comfortable stay for up to 6 people across 80m², the house is very well-maintained and offers a welcoming atmosphere. The living room is equipped with a classic wood-burning stove, a stereo system with CD, a DVD player, TV, and cable TV, along with a high chair for the youngest guests. The villa provides excellent sleeping arrangements with three good bedrooms, all furnished with comfortable double beds (1DS each). The well-appointed kitchen area is fully equipped with modern appliances including an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, and a dishwasher. For added convenience, the kitchen area also houses a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The bathroom is complete with a toilet, sink, and shower cubicle, featuring comfortable underfloor heating. This non-smoking house offers cozy furnishings throughout.

Outdoor living is a highlight here. The house features several good terraces and a fire pit, offering excellent opportunities to find shelter and enjoy the outdoors on the natural 750 m² plot of land. Guests can enjoy views over the nearby dunes. The location is superb, with a restaurant just 300 meters away and a grocery store only 200 meters away. This delightful home is the perfect blend of natural surroundings and town convenience for your next holiday. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout. This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyway pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
