The house is located just outside the small nice village Odensvi on the well-kept farm Mulestad with proximity to Gamleby and Loftahammar by the coast.

As soon as you enter the house, you are struck by how beautiful it is with the high roof with rafters and the beautiful masonry. The kitchen is in top condition and is equipped with a dishwasher. Here you can really enjoy as you prepare your meals. You have a combined dining / living room with fantastic rattan armchairs with footstools to sit back in, where you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with a good book to read. The spacious bedroom has a double bed, here you can enjoy the peace and get a good night's sleep.

There are many beautiful lakes for swimming in the surroundings, but the nearest lake Oppsjön that you see from the house is not a swimming lake.
On the farm Mulestad there are horses, sheep, chickens and cats. The owner also has a large nice paddock in the middle of the yard. The farm is surrounded by large beautiful meadows and forests with lots of wildlife such as moose, deer, deer, foxes and hares. In addition, nice chips for berries and mushrooms at the right season. Between Odensvi and Blackstad is Hängesten, a cool rock block formation that has taken its least strange place from the Ice Age.
