You have a wonderful view of the Hakefjord and the fairway both from the plot and from almost all rooms. The house is on two levels, where the entrance floor has an open floor plan with modern kitchen with dining area living area with sofa bed and exit to the terrace.
850 to the nearest bathing place with rocks and jetty. Approximately 2800 m to the popular Låka bathing area, with sandy beach, cliffs, diving towers and toilets. Many sights and charming archipelago communities on Tjörn and Orust. Also take the opportunity to explore the fine hiking trails in the immediate area.

Close to service and entertainment in Stenungsund with a large shopping center and to Skärhamn with the well-known Watercolor Museum with Nordic contemporary art.
