4 star holiday home in Mellerud

You are welcomed into an open-plan living area with the living room straight ahead. The room features a large, inviting sofa and a TV with Swedish TV channels and Chromecast. The house also has wireless Wi-Fi. The kitchen is to the left, with a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable holiday and enjoyable meals.

The house has two bedrooms. One has a 180 cm double bed, while the other has 2 bunk beds, perfect for children who want a cosy little retreat. There is a bright, fully tiled bathroom with a washbasin, WC, shower cabin and washing machine. This is convenient if you have small children or want to stay for a longer period. Straight ahead in the bathroom, there is also a lovely sauna, perfect for chilly evenings and cosy moments.

A door straight ahead leads out to the house’s small patio at the back, where you can enjoy complete privacy while having your first morning coffee in your bathrobe, listening to the stream flowing and the trees rustling.

If you would like to explore the area, there is plenty to do. A visit to the charming Nuntorps Gård is a must, with locally produced products, stone-baked pizzas and lots of other delicious treats. Brålanda offers second-hand shops and an ICA supermarket. Mellerud has lovely forest trails, plenty of fishing spots, and swimming in beautiful Lake Vänern is a must. The nearest swimming spot is only a 10-minute drive from your accommodation. If you enjoy fishing, there are plenty of good fishing spots in sheltered bays. Fishing permits can be purchased in grocery stores in places such as Brålanda. If you need to do some shopping, visit Grinstad Lanthandel, a charming shop with a good selection. Welcome!
