Distribución

This beautiful villa is on the south-east coast of the delightful island of Lefkas. The villa is seventy metres from the coast and enjoys direct access to the sea. It has a private swimming pool. The villa is detached and is in its own grounds of around 4,500 m2. It has its own drive so there is plenty of privacy. The villa is built in a traditional style and is equipped with every modern comfort. Each bedroom has a bathroom and a terrace with panoramic views. There is an extra living area which includes a kitchenette on the lowest floor. The villa's position is above sea level. This means that the various terraces enjoy unforgettable views of the sea, the Greek mainland, Sivota Harbour and the islands of Meganisi, Atoko, Arkoudi and Ithaca. The swimming pool is on the lowest level and is surrounded by a terrace. There are two other villas adjacent. They also use the private path to the sea where there is a platform. The platform is for the exclusive use of the villas' guests for sunbathing, swimming or for admiring the beautiful view.

The villa is perfectly positioned for exploring the island with its endless beaches, crystal clear sea and rocky coast. You can also enjoy the mountains and forested hills. Lefkas is to the west of Greece. Summer begins in May and ends in October. You can enjoy many authentic villages, unspoilt harbours and Greek traditions throughout the island. The charming village of Vassiliki is 8 km away and Nidri is 15 km. There are many excellent authentic restaurants, cafes and bars around Sivota Bay. An outcrop of land and a pontoon bridge connect the island with the mainland, making the airport very easy to reach.
