It was very difficult to have my keys on monday. I didn't receive number code to give to th shop. After 40 minutes, I had recievd number code, went back to the shop and unfortunately it's not the good one. Solution that gave personn who I had on line it was to ask a personn to come to the rent flat to give me the keys. I had the keys around 7p.m. The elevator didn't function, I was on the 6 floor. Again, unfortunately, it was not the good keys. I sent message by whatsapp to inform him, he went back and gave me the good keys. Inside the flat, a bubble lamp was missing, the lighting in kitchen flickering, the carpets are dirty as the ground where there were some tasks, two drawers are missing under the bed, one drawer is not in place in another piece, for the shower, it doesn't functionning very well = a little filet of water nevertheless water is ok ...... I am disappointed and I think I never try to have another rent with this website.

This is a cheap place so I didn’t have high expectations. But they didn’t provide everything they said they would provide. The apt is on the 6th (7th, American) floor and after the first day of my 5 nights in Lyon the elevator went out. So i was going up and down ~125+ steps every time i wanted to go in or out, and i carried all my luggage down 6 flights of stairs too (which are on a light timer that runs out before you get all the way up or down, so you’re in the dark using your phone flashlight). When I said i wanted a discount for the elevator being out they said it wasn’t their problem, it was the building’s problem so they didn’t owe me anything. Also the app they use doesn’t really work - i tried to purchase early arrival but the app wouldn’t allow me to purchase, and contacting the “payments” people, they said (of course) that it wasn’t their responsibility it was the app people or whatever (for whom of course I have no contact information). They also said the code for the keys would come on the app but it did not, I had to call them to get it. Sorry if you’re calling from an international plan that costs money, they don’t care. This is a low cost option but it’s a high risk option for staying in Lyon. Also only about half of the floor space of the unit is usable because the ceilings are EXTREMELY low. If you’re over about 5’10 i would say this unit is basically unlivable, you’d have to bend over to get into the bathroom or the kitchen.
