It also has a well-kept shower room with a sink and toilet, However, if you're a light sleeper, this apartment might not be for you due to a few bars located directly below, The noise can be quite loud, even with the windows shut, almost feeling like people are right next to our bed, One day, when the bars were shut, there was construction noise until 5 am, As New Yorkers, we're accustomed to street noise, but it might be an issue for some, The communication was good and all our queries were promptly addressed, We faced a few issues with the internet, TV, cable, and key locker, but we managed and had an enjoyable stay,

We reserved the small flat for a business trip and everything went smoothly, Great location, simple and amicable interaction with Joffrey, Would return!

The property was clean and inviting, There was no air conditioning in the property and it was very very hot, The property owners were not flexible about the check-in and check-out, We asked to pay to stay another three hours in the apartment and were met with refusal, We came to a wedding and had suitcases and a lot of equipment with us and had to look for a place to store the suitcases until our flight, Shame!!!!

We enjoyed a lovely one-week stay in this sunny third floor studio in a contemporary building just a stone's throw away from the stunning Paris Opera, Starting from the Opera Metro station, we explored all around Paris either by train or on foot, The flat is located on a peaceful side street that only gets a bit noisy during weekends when the nearby restaurant is bustling with customers, We found the studio to be tidy, cozy and well-stocked, We made use of the washing machine, liked the hot shower, and purchased breakfast essentials from the nearby convenience store, Just a couple of things to note: if using the dryer, remember to check on your clothes regularly as the timer didn't work properly for us and ended up over-drying them, Additionally, there's a slightly unpleasant musty smell coming from one of the lower kitchen cabinets which I mentioned to bnb), Also, don't hesitate to reach out to your local contact for any assistance you may require, Their role is to ensure your satisfaction in order to receive a good review, Joffrey, our contact person, was very prompt in his responses although it would have been nice to meet him in person, Overall, this cozy little studio was perfect for a couple's getaway, but might be a bit cramped for a group of four,
