The location was superb and the 2 bedroom apartment was spotless and top-notch, We had an overall pleasant experience and would choose this place again if we ever return to Paris, It should have been a 5-star review but the electrical power had an issue, seemingly an overload or something akin that tripped the main panel breaker, I managed to switch it back ON by myself at the main panel after a couple of hours with no assistance (perhaps providing some directions could have been useful), The only drawback was that the WIFI stopped functioning after that (TVs were still operational), However, on the whole, everything was splendid and I view this as a minor area for enhancement for an already fantastic place,

This location is superb, and the neighborhood is amazing, The Notre Dame is roughly a 10-minute stroll away, and the stunning gardens are just a five-minute walk, The flat is well-arranged and large, located on a bustling street, hence the bedroom can be a bit loud at night, however, earplugs can easily solve that issue, It's effortless to locate and has clear directions which are beneficial when you're coming from a lengthy journey,

I really enjoyed our visit! Whenever we go to Paris, we prefer to stay in the apartments, especially in Saint Germain, Joffrey's place is in a great location, extremely tidy, and surprisingly more spacious than we thought based on the photos! Joffrey was welcoming, kind, and quick to respond from the start! The cost was quite fair given the prime location in Paris' top neighborhood, Our stay was delightful! I would highly recommend!

Our family of four, including two teenage girls, had a wonderful first experience staying in this area, It's easy to walk to the Louis Vuitton Store and the famous Cafe de Flore, just a 3-minute stroll away, Saint-Germain is ideal for shopping and dining, with close proximity to the Eiffel Tower and other attractions, The neighborhood is safe and relatively quiet in the evenings, The apartment was ideal for our family and could easily accommodate larger groups, as the sofas are spacious enough for sleeping, It was incredibly comfortable, clean, and the elevator made it convenient to bring our luggage up, It would have been nice to have more toiletries like soap, shampoo, and conditioner, especially since we all have long hair, but that was a minor issue, Overall, it was a perfect place to stay, Thank you, Joffrey,

The flat is located in a pleasant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops, Very close to Metro 4 (Odéon/Saint-Germain-des-Prés for convenient access to Gare du Nord) and the RER C line at St Michel/Notre-Dame was just a 10-minute walk away, The area felt secure and we had no problems walking around, Finding the flat was simple and the door codes worked perfectly, As there is no air conditioning, the flat could feel a bit warm upon returning each day, but opening the windows helped freshen things up, There were 2 fans available that helped with air circulation and made sleeping more comfortable, The only noise disturbances we experienced were the sounds of police/ambulance sirens and garbage trucks collecting trash in the morning, A short walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Versailles, and the Arc de Triomphe/Champs-Élysées are easily accessible via Metro or RER, The only downsides we observed were that the wall power outlets had difficulty holding plugs (even the fan plugs would come loose easily) and the shower could benefit from a thorough cleaning,

I had a great time at this apartment, Here are my thoughts,,, PROS • Very spacious with lots of natural light, • Excellent location • Large kitchen, perfect for groups of 3 or more guests, CONS • The bathrooms could use some attention, The shower was quite dirty around the edges, likely due to lack of maintenance, • The washing machine door wouldn't latch, so it was unusable, (Unfortunately, maintenance only came after I had already checked out) Overall, it's a nice apartment in a great location, I would stay here again, as long as the bathrooms are properly maintained,

The apartment is perfectly located in the Quartier Latin, spacious and perfect for relaxing after a full day of city tripping, What was unfortunate, however, are a few flaws such as 2 folding chairs that were broken, which meant we could only sit at the table with 4 instead of 5, In addition, someone had bent the curtain rod and there were some minor damage incidents here and there (loose baseboards, back of the cabinets pushed out, ,,,), Make sure to bring a few dishwasher tablets as they are not provided,
