The flat was exactly like it was depicted, Situated on the first floor (as is typical with most French apartments, there are stairs as there are no lifts) with thorough directions and everything as promised, As a group of four who were always on the go, our basic requirements were 1) a convenient location close to the subway and 2) two beds for us to rest and shower for a few hours each day, The presence of several electrical outlets was also beneficial as it allowed us to charge all of our phones simultaneously, While we didn't utilize the kitchen, it was nice to note that a kettle and coffee maker were available, The heating system was also efficient, We noted a couple of things such as a bathroom bin without a cover, but the bathroom was large and well-ventilated, Also, since the flat is on the first floor, outdoor noise can be heard, but this wasn't a big issue for me as I generally use earbuds when I travel, All in all, it was good value for a group of three or four,

Nous avons rencontré uniquement deux problèmes :- La fenêtre de la chambre ne se fermait pas correctement, donc lorsque la pluie tombait, elle s'infiltrait dans l'appartement,- L'un des canapés-lits était en mauvais état, nous avons dû placer des tabourets sous le lit pour éviter qu'il ne s'effondre quand on essayait de s'y allonger, A part ça, tout était parfait,

L'edificio è molto ordinato e conveniente per la stazione Gare de Lyon, L'ospite è molto gentile e disponibile, L'unico inconveniente era un ritardo di un'ora nell'organizzazione dell'appuntamento, ma non è stato un grosso disturbo,
