The accommodation was as advertised, It was perfect for our family of four, Having two bathrooms and showers was very convenient, The location was excellent, we could walk to most places, and the metro was also close by, Numerous shops, restaurants, and supermarkets were located just below, making city life a breeze, One potential issue for some may be that this apartment is managed by a company, not an individual, so some things were slightly damaged, not overly clean and lacked some necessary items, The kitchen was without dish towels or a dish rack, making dishwashing a hassle, We ended up buying a dish rack for future tenants, The handle of the refrigerator was broken, as was the toilet flush button, There were minor inconveniences, but nothing that deterred us from staying in this apartment, As a family with children, we're accustomed to a bit of chaos, If you don't mind a centrally located Airbnb that is not immaculate but has 2 beds and baths, this is the apartment for you!

Our stay at this property was fantastic, The location was exceptional, conveniently near nightlife, eateries, and public transport, There were a couple of trivial problems like a malfunctioning television and a missing button on the toilet flush system, The apartment, though compact, was practical, The key aspect for us was the location and the presence of two full bathrooms (including two toilets), a rare find in Paris, In general, our stay was wonderful and we are eager to come back!

The apartment was fantastic and it was surrounded by a plethora of great restaurants and markets, Plus, it was easily accessible by foot,

Enjoyable stay in the heart of Marais, Roomy apartment perfect for four individuals that was spotless and well-equipped, The host was very prompt in responding, Unfortunately, the TV still didn't function (as mentioned in previous reviews), the blinds didn't close properly, allowing a significant amount of light in at night, the hot water ran out fairly quickly even with just four of us, resulting in one person missing a morning shower, there was no hanging space for clothes, and there was a shortage of extra toilet paper (although this was promptly addressed with a refund), I would consider staying again, but Paris is a large city, so I might explore a different neighborhood next time,

The apartment is cozy, clean, and tidy, just a short walk from the Place Republique Metro station and bus stops, The neighborhood offers plenty of shops to meet all your needs, The beds were comfortable and sturdy, and the soundproof walls ensured a peaceful night's sleep in this tranquil residential area, Having 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets was very convenient, Although the kitchen was on the smaller side, it was sufficient for our requirements, With only one closet containing 5 shelves (also used for storing bedding and towels), it may be a bit challenging to find space for your clothes, There are no hooks for hanging items or coats, so if you have many people or a lot of luggage, storage could be an issue, Living out of suitcases on the floor might make it hard to move around freely, While there is a hair dryer available, one sink with an electrical outlet doesn't have a mirror, whereas the other sink has a mirror but no outlet, Additionally, there is a washing machine but no dryer, and limited space for drying clothes, Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this apartment for a stay in Paris,
