Three Grown-ups & One KidProsâ¢The individual overseeing the property facilitated our arrival by allowing us early check-in to leave our luggage, It was a massive relief,â¢The location of the apartment is fantastic, There's a lovely market next door and it's only 2 blocks away from the Metro train,â¢The place is a spitting image of the pictures and has a pleasant open space,Consâ¢The procedure to acquire the property key is rather tedious, The key is located in a laundrymat around 4 blocks away, The instructions exist, but they weren't clear enough as we initially ended up in the wrong place,â¢There was hardly any hot water in the shower, The kid managed to shower in the evening just fine, However, all the grown-ups showered in the morning, The hot water ran out just one minute into the second grown-up's shower, This forced that individual and me to attempt to shower with icy-cold water, This is a significant issue when you are roaming around the city for over 14 hours,There are many positives about this place, but due to these problems, I personally wouldn't opt to stay here again,

Our arrival was delayed as our train was more than 3 hours late, resulting in a quest to retrieve the keys from a backup location at the office, This inconvenience required an unexpected taxi fare and 40 minutes of our time, Additionally, the apartment was quite cold as the heating had been off for a while, However, this wasn't a major issue since the bedroom was comfortable and the blanket was warm, Despite these minor hiccups, the apartment was wonderful and spacious, All the TVs had Netflix, the kitchen was clean and rather large, There were 2 toilets and 1 actual bathroom, The water heater was spacious enough to accommodate 4-5 people, and there was ample storage space,

Our stay was truly enjoyable, The setup is ideal for a family of four, offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a shower, The apartment maintains a high standard and despite its ground floor location in the center, it's exceptionally quiet, The presence of a supermarket just 30 meters away, offering fresh bread and self-made fresh orange juice, adds to the convenience, We highly recommend this to our friends and look forward to returning,

Our stay in your residence was truly enjoyable, It was extremely comfortable and ideally suited for our three-member family, I do wish there was a key lockbox located at the apartment itself rather than having to fetch it elsewhere, but it wasn't a major inconvenience, The area appeared safe and was conducive for strolling around, For distant attractions, we opted for taxis and Ubers, The unit boasted of cleanliness and comfort, Our only minor hiccup was our inability to modify the air conditioning settings for some reason, Despite this, the management was willing to help, but it wasn't a significant concern given the cool weather, We would certainly consider staying again and highly recommend it,

The apartment is lovely and recently renovated, There were a couple of things that didn't quite meet expectations considering the price and style, like the lack of proper clothes hanging space (the hanging bars were too low), no towel rack in the guest bathroom, no dish drying rack (as there is no dishwasher), and the cupboards had noticeable fingerprints (which I cleaned myself), However, the host has acknowledged these issues for future improvements, The apartment has a spacious layout and is just a short walk away from grocery stores and food shops (butcher, cheese shop, wine store), The host was very prompt in addressing any concerns,

Fantastic location and apartment, Only minor problem, the advertisement mentions washer and dryer, so we intended to do all our laundry while staying there, In France, the "dryer" is actually the same machine as the washer, so clothes don't get completely dry, they end up wrinkled, and you need to hang them everywhere to dry with a fan, I believe it's just the French way of doing things, A local guide confirmed this, I opted to use a nearby laundry facility with real tumble dryers for some of the drying, but it's a 10-minute walk back and forth for 5 loads, It's unlikely I could have found another property with a separate "proper" dryer, but this was simply a misunderstanding on my part, Nevertheless, everything else was fantastic,

It was a truly cozy place to stay! We were just a short walk away from the Champs Élysées and some lovely dining spots, Joffrey promptly addressed all our inquiries, Highly recommended!
