The apartment is excellent and the location is superb, I do have a couple of recommendations though, The blackout curtains in the rooms need to be replaced as they let in a lot of light from the break of dawn, Also, the water heater is relatively small, only allowing for 2 people to shower before it runs out of hot water,

I truly wish I either had more time at this Airbnb or had the ability to take it with me on my travels, This was one of the best, most pristine, and quietest Airbnb's I've ever stayed at, after numerous experiences, The host was highly responsive to any queries I had during my stay, The location was near public transportation but also nestled in a tranquil, well-lit neighborhood with a local feel and a sense of safety during the night, I'm already making plans to return to Paris and stay here again,

This Airbnb absolutely stole my heart, I could envision myself residing there permanently, My stay was brief, but I longed to occupy that place all year round, The location, situated in the Marais district, couldn't have been more perfect with all amenities like restaurants, bakeries, bars, shopping centers and multiple metro stations in close proximity, making navigation through Paris an absolute breeze, The area is bustling yet secure, The home was impeccably clean with sheets as soft as those found in hotels, It even boasted a charming outdoor terrace, I am certainly looking forward to returning,

The Marais boasts a cozy two-bedroom apartment on its ground floor, We availed an early check-in option at an additional cost, the procedure was very efficient, Like most accommodations in Paris, it is compact, but that's the norm, Both double beds provided ample comfort on the lower floor, The upper floor is home to the living space and an additional folding bed - it might get a little tight for more than four individuals, however, we were just two adults and a young child, It is conveniently located at the periphery of the Marais, in close proximity to Bastille, The kitchen is more of a kitchenette, but cooking was not on our agenda anyway,

This duplex apartment in Paris is absolutely gorgeous, situated in the heart of the city, It is located in a private area with a charming little garden, making it very secure, Getting around Paris is extremely convenient from here, The only downside is that the room near the entrance can get quite chilly even with the heater on, and the noise outside can be quite loud in the mornings,

Just as advertised, although slightly smaller than anticipated, but still completely acceptable, The beds were extremely comfortable, The staircase was a bit steep, especially at night when going to the bathroom, but it was fine once you got used to it, The area was fantastic, with a nearby grocery store and plenty of restaurants, It was the perfect fit for 2 adults and 2 children,

Excellent location- near two main metro lines, restaurants, shops, Marais district, supermarket, Lovely terrace, Allowed us to check in early which was extremely helpful, Very prompt and pleasant in our communications, However, there are a couple of points to consider, The shower cubicle consistently overflowed and water would seep onto the bathroom floor, The base of the shower is not sufficiently deep, causing water to overflow onto the floor, The kitchen was tidy, had an adequate amount of plates and cutlery, a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, However, there was no counter space for food preparation, We used the kitchen table to make breakfast and lunch, Additionally, no kitchen towels were supplied, The bedrooms were satisfactory, with plenty of sunlight, However, they were quite cramped for space, Most of the shelves were occupied by extra pillows, duvets, and cleaning supplies, leaving minimal room for clothes, personal belongings, etc, We had a delightful experience in Paris and overall our stay was pleasant, just a few adjustments to make and adapt to,

The flat is beautiful and the location is ideal, The communication was poor as the host did not reply to any of my messages! We were a group of 3, so it was quite tricky to coordinate with just one key, The dishwasher was full of stinky utensils (fish/shellfish?), and there were no dishwasher tablets, The iron was covered in dirt/plastic, and we accidentally damaged a shirt while ironing,

This place in Paris has a very modern and minimalist design, but it lacks some essential furniture and items to make it comfortable for travelers, It would be great to have more nightstands or small tables in the bedrooms, a trash can on the first floor, hooks in the bedrooms, curtains that block out the bright motion sensor lights better, and a handle on the outside of the deck door, Additionally, we found it frustrating that there were no dishcloths, sponges, dish racks, paper towels, hotpads, and only one dishwasher tablet, We also had to clean some parts of the rental ourselves as it was not fully cleaned when we arrived, There was also a lack of communication regarding the arrival of clean sheets and towels, which made our first evening very stressful, It seems that the property is managed by a company rather than an individual host, and the organization may not be running smoothly, The tropical plants around the apartment were beautiful, the location was excellent, and the beds were very cozy,

This apartment was fantastic, The location was extremely convenient, with multiple Metro Stops nearby, There was a small grocery store just a 3-minute walk away, and plenty of restaurants in the area, The Bastille stop was within a 10-minute walk, The apartment was ideal for our family of 4, The deck/patio was amazing, The shower and bathroom were nice, The air conditioning worked perfectly! Just got back from a 3-day city trip with 2 teenagers, The place is in a fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk to the supermarket, cafes, bars & restaurants, Also close to the subway which we used all day! The only downside was that the room wasn't cleaned upon arrival at 3 pm, but after I called the company, they sent a cleaner and it was quickly resolved, They also offered a later checkout, which was helpful, Note: the 2 single beds were made into a double and I couldn't separate them, (Since it was a short stay, I didn't mention it to the company) I'm sure they could have fixed it if I had, The balcony was fantastic and not overlooked, I also felt very safe and secure there with 2 electronic gates to go through before getting to the door, The company responded quickly to my questions, I would definitely recommend this place :-)
