This location was excellent! The space accommodated a large gathering, which was well-received, Communication was also excellent, Two points to consider that are not the fault of the hosts: 1, There is a school located behind the apartment that can be quite noisy during midday and early mornings, 2, I noticed a musty smell in the space, it felt quite stuffy and had an unusual odor, Most of my guests woke up feeling congested the next morning, We kept the windows open for the majority of our stay, It could be due to the building itself since the unit has been recently renovated,

Beautiful apartment located in a charming area of Paris, very convenient to reach all the main attractions, but we adored the location, a five-minute stroll brought us to a neighborhood with a village-like atmosphere, within the city, We used an uber to reach the apartment, but walked back to Guard to Nord, 25 minutes, and there was so much to see along the way, It was delightful to dine under a tree canopy in the evening at some fantastic restaurants just a five-minute walk from our apartment, A one-minute walk to an incredible bakery for breakfast, The beds were incredibly comfortable, the only slight issue being the lack of hanging space for clothes in two of the three rooms, but drawers are available, Yes, there is a faint smell of tobacco upon entering the apartment, even though we are all non-smokers, once inside it dissipates, and we were able to open the windows for a bit, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to the same apartment very soon

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures with a spacious living room and large bedrooms (and comfortable beds), Great location with plenty of shops nearby (bakery, Italian grocery store, small supermarket,,,), However, there are a few minor issues: * The front door is a bit tricky to open (try entering the code twice), * The sound insulation in the apartment is not great: we could hear the young child from the floor above crying at 6am and running around from 8am, CheckMyGuest sent a noise complaint at 11pm on Saturday night when we were just a group of 4 finishing up dinner, * One of the bedroom windows doesn't open, but blackout curtains have been installed instead of blinds, * The kitchen is lacking some essentials (2 broken corkscrews, no scissors, no bread knife, no bowls),

Magnifique appartement et très bien situé, Service de conciergerie exceptionnel et très réactif, La seule critique de ce bel endroit est le bruit fait par la famille du dessus qui mène juste une vie normale mais on entend vraiment tout, de jour comme de nuit,,, l'inconvénient des planchers en bois sans dalles, Cependant, nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Paris,

Had an incredible time celebrating my 30th, the apartment looked just like the pictures, spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated! The location was ideal for us and we could walk everywhere, There are supermarkets downstairs if you need anything and plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby, Jonathan responded very quickly, I would certainly return and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Paris! Fantastic place!
