Dans l'ensemble, le logement est approprié et plaisant, Son principal atout, selon moi, réside dans son emplacement et la variété d'attractions à proximité, Comme mentionné précédemment par d'autres voyageurs, l'isolation acoustique de l'appartement est assez médiocre ! Nous avons même été réveillés par une querelle de voisins, donnant l'impression d'être en leur compagnie dans la chambre, donc encore une fois, on perçoit tous les bruits ! Globalement, je pense que c'est un logement bien adapté pour un groupe de personnes proches (famille, amis intimes, etc), mais en termes d'intimité, ce n'est pas forcément le meilleur choix ! C'est un inconvénient mineur, mais qui peut avoir son importance, donc je le mentionne ! À mon avis, c'est surtout un logement adapté pour des séjours très courts (2 à 3 nuits maximum) sinon on peut vite se sentir à l'étroit et tout semble être conçu pour un séjour bref, Malgré tout, c'est bien dans l'ensemble !

We had a great time! This is a clean, comfortable apartment, nicely decorated in a modern style, Fresh bedding and plenty of towels, The inquiries I made to Joffrey (the host) were promptly addressed, Lovely neighborhood and area, with lots of options for shopping and dining, The metro is close by! My two grandchildren really enjoyed the downstairs area, with the large TV screen and the football game - they loved it! We had some exciting football matches, When it was time to leave after our delightful weekend, the kids were in tears: they didn't want to leave the beautiful Parisian house just yet! 👍

This is an amazing place to stay, Excellent location, Beautiful apartment, Convenient to visit all the attractions of Paris, A grocery store is just 1 minute away for any essentials, Unfortunately, the key code didn’t work when we arrived for the key box, but we managed to contact someone by phone to get a new code, The same issue occurred when we were returning the keys to the key box at the end of our stay, An incorrect code was provided, and no one answered the phone, We had to leave a voicemail and rush to catch our flight, Overall, a wonderful stay here for a mother and daughters' weekend getaway, We would definitely come back,

This flat had an excellent location and was extremely tidy, Due to the master bedroom sharing a ceiling with the other bathroom, it is most likely suitable for families or individuals who are very close, The outdoor area was also fantastic!

We spent 3 nights here with 4 teenagers and 4 adults, There was plenty of room for everyone, and we particularly enjoyed the secluded and incredibly quiet courtyard, The host was extremely responsive and provided us with very detailed instructions on how to enter the property, even allowing us to check in a few hours early after our flights, The apartment is a short 5-10 minute walk from various metro stations, making it easy to explore the rest of Paris, There is a fantastic convenience store, as well as several bakeries and cafes, just around the corner, and Montmartre is just a short walk away, We always felt very safe, While there was no air conditioning, fans were available, and the ground floor and basement location of the apartment helped keep it cool, especially with the windows open to the courtyard, There were plenty of towels, sheets, and kitchen supplies for everyone (including a mini fridge, microwave, stove, and dishes), We would highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay here again, It was perfect!
