Villa de estilo ibicenco con piscina privada

Para nosotros la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Quería resaltar algunos puntos por si puede ser de ayuda para alguien. 1.- Hay zonas con poco cobertura algo que para nosotros no ha sido problema. 2.- La casa tiene tres plantas por lo que considero que la casa no es para gente mayor ( abuelos ) ni para familias con niños muy pequeños. 3.- La primera y segunda planta son dos apartamentos independientes ambos con cocina, salón, baños y habitaciones por lo que si se van un par de parejas con los niños tienes parte de privacidad muy a tener en cuenta.

Fantastische villa en zeker zijn geld waard. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien met een heerlijk zwembad en een fantastisch uitzicht. Enige puntje van kritiek is het aantal handdoeken p.p (één badhanddoek + één voor de douche). Maar gelukkig droog je in Spanje vanzelf snel op :-).

Fijn en ruim huis in een rustige straat. Bij aankomst een flesje wijn en wat nootjes ontvangen. Netjes gekuist an alles was prima in orde. Dit huis heeft wel geen CV. Bij kouder weer moet je dus gebruik maken van de palletkachel en de airco's die ook warmte afgeven, die (naar onze mening) het huis niet helemaal warm kregen. Wel heerlijke terrassen en handige garage! Een Typische Spaanse villa in mijn ogen.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is absolutely lovely and taken good care off. We only used the upper floor apartment as it was only the two of us. The area is great, a peaceful location with enough privacy. The outside area's could do with a clean and some fresh paint. The cushions and sunbeds were dirty. We booked a two week stay, including bed linen and towels. We only received 1 shower towel each so we requested additional towels (we had to pay extra for this) and an extra set of bed linen and requested an iron as well as there was none. We had to wait for fresh towels, bed linen and iron for 4 days which was a shame, but other than this all great. Jasmin is very friendly and we had great communication. Small suggestion - I would inform your clients when the gardener is coming. We were both in and around the pool and suddenly two man appeared and stood in front of us without any warning. They also left the gate open after they left.

It’s an amazing place in a wonderful village. The villa is a mix between Spanish classical architecture and modern Ibiza vibe, although I’m glad the emphasize isn’t on the latter. Although the place is large (3 floors, loads of bathrooms and bedrooms, private parking behind a closed gate) and amazing, it wasn’t all great: The person (cleaner? Owner? Caretaker? Who knows..) who was checking us in wasn’t there but I had to reach out myself through whatsapp and got the lockpad code from a person on the phone who was in Germany(??). The place was clean and there was a child’s bed as requested (even made! Super nice) however, a lot of lights didn’t work and that made sitting outside in the evening difficult. One lamp above the outside dining table broke before we arrived and glass was still on the ground and chairs, dangerous for little kids. The lamps also wasn’t replaced and was stuck. When reaching out via whatsapp to the person who gave the keypad codes to ask if it could be fixed they didn’t respond so it was no lights outside for us.. There also was a wasp nest in the gutter of the roof. So yeah, all in all we had a great stay but with a little more care to details and being able to reach whoever runs the villa it would have been great. Rating: 7/10

Fantastisch huis!!! De foto’s komen helemaal overeen met de werkelijkheid. Het is een prachtig huis en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een relax vakantie is aanwezig. Prima bedden, mooie badkamers, voldoende ruimte, zwembad, loungeplekken, keuken inclusief alle benodigdheden, barbecue... De supermarkt, het strand en het centrum liggen op +/- 10 minuten afstand (auto).

Super huis maar als je een zandstrand zoekt moet je ver rijden

Het is een prachtig huis in een prachtige omgeving. Het huis is heel net, mooi ingericht en comfortabel. Het is uitstekend geschikt voor een groep volwassenen/grote kinderen, die houden van zon, zwembad, zee en rust. Aandachtspuntje is wel dat de terrasmuurtjes bij het zwembad vrij laag zijn, met erachter een diepe afgrond daardoor is het zeker niet veilig om (kleine) kinderen alleen rond te laten lopen bij het zwembad. De vele, steile, stenen trappen zijn eveneens een nadeel voor mensen met kleine kinderen of voor mensen die minder goed te been zijn.
